Abstract

The Bulacan Electronic Locator (E-Locator) initiative aims to satisfy the increasing demand for a reliable computer and electronic services locator. The project, which was driven by similar attempts everywhere, provides a web-based platform to connect users with local service providers. The project utilizes the Waterfall Model as it improvements through several phases with features including service access and account creation. However, limitations such as being restricted to residents of Cannula and the absence of online payment options have been noticed. The goal of this project is to provide a user-friendly interface by leveraging technologies like PHP and JavaScript and using hardware resources like laptops. The ultimate goal to maintain maintenance to satisfy user needs is improving Cannula residents' access to vital services. As a result, clients and customers are able to easily locate professionals for repairs, installations, troubleshooting, and maintenance by using a user-friendly search tool and a comprehensive database through to the newly developed Electronic Locator (E-Locator) system. This system also preserves customers time by providing a carefully curated list of reliable technicians and assisting service providers to highlight their qualifications. The E-Locator system's technicians will assist customers promptly. The E-Locator technology simplifies managing the list of applicants simple for administrators, technicians, and clients. A web-based platform that allows users to book appointments. The E-Locator system provides an intuitive website for customers to make reservations with service providers. It shows the providers' availability. This method aims to enhance client satisfaction, reduce delays, and enhance overall effectiveness in providing services. The article highlights the system's features and implementation.
