Barangays serve as the foundational units of local governance in the Philippines, acting as the primary link between citizens and the government. The study titled "EBG: E-Barangay Graceville Services" aims to modernize and streamline traditional barangay transactions by offering a more inclusive, citizen- centered system. This project facilitates easier access to essential documents such as barangay ID, Certificate of Indigency, Cedula, Barangay Certificate, and Barangay Clearance. Barangay Officials or Administrators are granted access to view, edit, and manage resident information, ensuring the system meets user needs through responsible oversight. Serving as the central database for Barangay Graceville, the system ensures accurate and efficient record-keeping. The project follows the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and employs a descriptive research method, incorporating surveys and observations to gather necessary data. Survey results highlight the importance of enhancing system performance for faster, more reliable document processing, particularly during peak periods. To strengthen user trust and onboarding, the system integrates secure authentication via Google OAuth and traditional email/password registration, with added two-factor authentication and regular security audits to protect user data and build confidence in the platform.
