This study presents the development of the MEDICINE AND APPOINTMENT REMINDER SYSTEM (M.A.R.S). The main objective of the system is to provide a centralized platform that organizes, stores, and secures capstone and thesis documents. It addresses the challenges of limited accessibility, difficulty in locating past research, and the absence of an organized digital archive. The system aims to support students, faculty, and administrators in efficiently managing academic outputs while preserving the institution's research works. To evaluate the system's performance, the ISO 9126 Software Quality Model was used. This model assesses software quality in terms of functionality, reliability, usability, and efficiency, ensuring that the system meets the desired standards and user expectations.
