Kelshen Healthcare Pharmacy's outdated technology for managing medical prescriptions and supplies prompted the development of a desktop-based inventory and Point-of-Sale (POS) system. Created by Allyncae Castro, Alyssandra Nacinopa, Albert Blanca, Churry Clemente, Joshua Bernardo, Johann Sebastian Plaza, Ernest Valderama, and Rose Espiritu (BSIT, Colegio de San Gabriel Arcangel Inc., 2025; advised by Jimmy DV Roldan, MSIT), e-TEST streamlines test administration and evaluation, offering features such as integrated timers, automated result generation, and item analysis. This Capstone 2 project, built using VB.NET, effectively modernizes Kelshen Healthcare Pharmacy's operations through a user-friendly, efficient system. The descriptive method of research was employed. Specifically, survey questionnaires were used to collect data from respondents, namely the pharmacy staff (pharmacists and cashiers) and the patients or customers who regularly obtain medical prescriptions and supplies from the healthcare pharmacy. On the other hand, all pharmacy staff members were selected as the specialist respondents. Interviews were also conducted to gather additional insights. The evaluation tool was based on ISO 9126 Software Quality Standards, specifically focusing on metrics for Functionality, Reliability, Usability, and Efficiency. Metrics for Portability and Maintainability were excluded due to their complexity and limited applicability to the respondent groups.
