This study presents the development of "LikhangBulaklak: Design and Development of a Handmade Customized Flower Selling Platform." The primary objective of the system is to create an online website that facilitates easier, faster, and more convenient purchases of handmade satin flower arrangements. It addresses the limitations of traditional physical store purchases by providing customers with a digital platform to browse and order handmade satin flower designs. The project aims to enhance the sales process for handmade flowers by leveraging technology to reach a broader market and manage transactions efficiently. The system was developed using web development tools, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL, to build a user-friendly and functional website. Key features include product browsing, size selection options, an order confirmation mechanism, an administrative dashboard for product and inventory management, and a customer record monitoring system. To evaluate the system's performance, the ISO 9126 Software Quality Model was applied, assessing critical quality characteristics such as functionality, reliability, usability, and efficiency.
