This study presents KidzKorner: Design and Development of a Web-Based Learning Platform for Young Age Learners of Colegio de San Gabriel Arcangel, Inc. The main objective of the system is to provide a child-friendly, interactive, and engaging educational website designed specifically for children aged 4 to 5 years old. The system addresses the need for a safe, accessible, and age-appropriate digital learning environment by integrating creative learning content, interactive activities, a reward-based motivation system, secure login and registration, and parental monitoring features such as screen-time limitation. KidzKorner aims to support students' early learning development while allowing parents, teachers, and administrators to monitor learning progress and system usage effectively. To evaluate the system's performance, the ISO 9126 Software Quality Model was used. This model assesses software quality in terms of functionality, reliability, usability, and efficiency, ensuring that the system meets the desired standards and user expectations.
